Mr. Reyes also welcomes clients who speak Spanish. Mr. Reyes completed studies in Spanish in Argentina and Mexico. He received a bachelor's degree in French and studied in Angers, France. He served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan - a republic of the former Soviet Union - where he learned Russian. And Mr. Reyes is proud of his Filipino-American heritage.
